１次試験（面接、会社説明会）　

日程： 2010/9/20

受け付け後、待合室で待機。そこで身長チェックされる。

面接官3：3〜4受験生

英語で自己紹介を端から順番にした。
そして自己紹介に対しての質問や、
個人に対する質問が二つか三つあった。

その後、日本語での質問。
履歴書を見て、それについての質問。

《気をつけたこと、感想》

途中すごく緊張して顔が強張っていたのがわかったので、
日本語での面接の時は、面接であるとあまり意識せず、
お客様とお話している気分で自分の思いを伝えた。

 

 

 

２次試験

�@Medical Questionnaire（9/16まで）

　 問診表をInternetで答えて送信します。病歴等かなり多くの項目が聞かれました。

�AThe preinary Exercise（8つの質問に英語で作文を書きます。）（9/27まで）

�BSPI（9/27まで）

 

 

３次試験（最終試験/面接・身体検査・水泳テスト）

日程：2010/9/28〜10/1

面接官 5：1 受験生

【面接】

今回の面接をアテンドして下さったのが、
１次面接の時の香港人女性で、前回とは打って変わり
かなりにこやかに対応して下さったので面接前に緊張がほぐれた。

質問内容は全て英語で、最終面接のメールに添付してあったサービス経験に関する質問からがほとんどで、
他には、フィンランドに行ったことがあるか、フィンエアーについて知っていること、現職について等。

最後に日本語でいくつかの質問がありました。

《気をつけたこと、感想》

最終面接は面接官の方々がにこやかだったので、
こちらもリラックスして自然な笑顔を出せたと思う。

 

【身体検査、健康診断】

健康診断は一応東京の病院を指定される。
無理なら各自で、その場合は自費での受診も可能だった模様。
最終面接日程終了翌日に水泳テスト。

 

《気をつけたこと、感想、内定した理由、ポイント》

内定した理由は分からないが、最終面接では面接官と
とても和やかにお話ができたことが良かったのかもしれない。

FINNAIR seeks Japanese flight attendants who work “Kansai-Helsinki” or “Nagoya-Helsinki” route.
Successful applicants will be employed directly by Finnair on a temporary basis for a period of one year.

Education
Junior college or other secondary degree graduation

Language skills
Excellent skill s (minimum TOEIC score of 730 or equivalent level) in English and Japanese as a mother language.

Height
160 - 188 cm

Vision
Over 0.7 (corrected)

Physical condition Good health and perfect hearing and color vision.
Must be able to swim 50 meters continuously.
Sex Male/ Female
Age 22 or above before the end of year 2010.
Passport Must hold Japanese passport with validity of at least 1.5 years
Place of residence Must live within 90 minutes by ground transportation to/ from the
Kansai or Chubu International Airport.


Application

Please send Japanese and English resumes with a headshot photo and a copy of the
TOEIC certificate attached if you have, and a full-length photo to be put into
a plastic folder (clear folder).

Selection process

The successful candidates of the application screening will be notified
with the details regarding the following selection process.

1. Medical Questionnaire by Internet by 15 September.
2. The 1st face-to-face interview on 19, 20 or 23 of September (in Tokyo)
3. The preliminary exercise by Internet by 11:00am 27 September.
4. SPI test shall be carried out through Internet by 27 September.
5. Medical Check-up shall be conducted on the following
　 date of 27, 28, 29 or 30 September (at interviewee's own expenses).
　 Further details will be informed together with the result of the first interview on or around 24 September.
6. The final interview on 28, 29 or 30 of September (in Tokyo)
7. The swimming test on 1 October (in Tokyo)

The successful candidates of the selection process will be notified on
14 October and will attend the initial training course in Helsinki in mid November.
