東京国際フォーラムにて

受付にて受験番号シールをもらい待機。  
10人ずつで一次面接（グループ面接）

内容


・自己紹介と簡単な質問

 

 

２次試験

廊下で１次試験結果発表後、荷物を取り20分の筆記テスト。
終了後、4人グループでニ次面接（グループディスカッションとロールプレイ）

内容

・Facebookの是非のディベートとロールプレイ（機内の接客を想定）


その後廊下で待機し、結果発表。

 

 



３次試験（最終選考）


個人面接

・志望動機、アルバイトの事など様々な質問を日本語と英語で

面接官は3人で、履歴書に沿って詳しく聞かれました。


３次試験通過者は後日健康診断を受け、正式内定。

Requirements

* Minimum age of 18 years old
* Females who are at least 1.58m; males who are at least 1.65m in height
* Junior college (TANDAI) or University degree holder (those graduating in March 2013 may also apply)
* High level of English proficiency
* Willing to be based in Singapore

Training

Our comprehensive 4 months training programme will cover topics such as:

* Product Knowledge including Food & Beverage
* Service Procedures
* Passenger Handling
* Deportment & Grooming
* Language & Communication Skills
* Safety Equipment Procedures
* First Aid

On successful completion of training you will commence flying duties.

Remuneration & Service Benefits

You will be based in Singapore and offered a 5-year employment contract initially,
with further extensions at the Company’s discretion. Apart from competitive remuneration,
you will be granted free travel to any SIA destination once a year and enjoy discounted travel
at other times. There is an attractive annual leave scheme, medical and dental treatment scheme,
as well as comprehensive training programmes.

続いて筆記試験

２次試験（グループ面接）

当日午後から同じ会場にて

グループ面接（受験者４名：面接官２名）

シンガポール人の面接官からは英語で、
日本人の面接官からは日本で質問がありました。

・出身地について
・大学生活にいて
・好きな食べ物は？
・最近見た映画について
・仕事で大変だったことについて

通過者のみ続けて３次試験に進む

 

 

３次試験（個人面接⇒ 制服（ケバヤ）チェック）


個人面接（日本人の男女・シンガポール人男性の３名の面接官）

シンガポール人の面接官からは英語で、
日本人の面接官からは日本で質問がありました。

特に難しい質問はなく、仕事のこと、家族の事
仕事で経験したこと、出身地のことなどについて
それぞれの面接官から質問を受けました。

その後、別室に移動。

制服（ケバヤ）を着て、身長・体重測定・スキンチェック。

そして、制服姿のまま、３次面接の部屋に行きました。

最終試験の合否については、この後口頭で発表がありました。

後日健康診断を受け、内定。

２次試験（筆記試験⇒ グループ面接⇒ 結果発表⇒ ケバヤチェック）

１次試験終了後、通過者は同じ日に２次試験を受ける。

筆記試験の後にグループ面接

面接官（日本人女性、シンガポール人男性対受験者4名）

シンガポール人男性からは、「英語で好きな映画と俳優について」

日本人女性からは、「受験者がSQのクルーになったつもりで面接官を記者としてSQについてアピール」

受験者それぞれに議題を与えてSQのクルーとしてどう対応するか。
例えば、初めて飛行機に乗られたかた、ハネムーンのお客さまに対してなど…

通過者はケバヤ&スキンチェックを受ける。

 

 

３次試験（最終選考/個人面接）

２次試験終了後、通過者は同じ日に３次試験を受ける。

面接官（日本人女性、日本人男性、シンガポール人女性、シンガポール人男性 対 受験者）

シンガポール人面接官から英語で、

「出身地、交通手段、留学経験、どのように英語を勉強したか、シンガポールに住むことについて、
SQを受けた事があるか、他のエアラインを受けた事があるか。」(全て英語)

日本人面接官から、

「留学経験、チームワークで何が必要か、どのように英語を勉強したか、
今何が一番不安か、現職について…」

　　　　
最終では結構突っ込まれて少し圧迫面接のような印象を持ちました。
また、スキンチェックは厳しく、そこで帰らされている方もいらしたそうです。
１次試験から最終試験まで全て一日で済みましたが、時間が押していたので
次の日に受けた方もいらした模様です。

出身地、年齢を含め１分以内で自己紹介を英語でお願いしますと言う指示がある。
一人づつ、受験番号が若い順番でした。

終了後、口頭で結果発表。

合格者のみ２次試験へ。

筆記試験（英語）
試験時間は２０分間

試験内容：

前置詞の穴埋め１０問
長文：機内エンターテイメントについて５問
エッセイ　７０字〜１００字


グループ面接（日本語／英語）

面接官２名；受験者５名
所要時間は約１５分

　・大学の専攻について
　・具体的に何を大学で勉強しているか
　・最近の航空業界について、意見等
　・格安航空会社の参入に対抗していくためにはどうすればいいか
　・弊社になにかアドバイスをお願いします
　・留学経験
　・ホームシックになったか
　・留学から得たものはなにか

　・Tell us about your hometown.
　・Which place do you want to recommend in your hometown?

　この質問から話が膨らみました。
　英語の質問は皆同じでした。

終了後、口頭で結果発表。

続いてケバヤチェック

面接官１名；受験者１名

自分に合ったサイズのケバヤを着用するよう指示を受ける。

面接官の前に立ち、笑顔で笑うよう指示があり、
その後、入れ墨、傷等が無いかチェックされる。
５mほどをエレガントに歩くよう指示がありました。

その場で結果発表。

 


３次試験（最終選考/個人面接）

個人面接（日本語／英語）
面接官５名：受験者１名
所要時間は約３０分

　・Tell us what do you study at your university?
　・What class have you taken in your major? Why?
　・Why do you want to be a Cabin Crew? Why not Grand Stuff?
　・Have you ever been to any other airline companies' interview?
　・Are you planning to apply for any other companies?
　・Did you practice a lots for this interview? How?
　・Do you have English classes at your university?
　・Did you take English classes? How many classes did you take English classes for a week?

　・日本人客室乗務員に必要なものとはなにか
　・大学の専攻について
　・ボディーボードをしている時に起きたハプニングについてとその時の対処について
　
　 そして、このハプニングを英語に訳してもう一度、シンガポール人面接官に話すよう指示を受けました。


終了後、別室へ呼ばれ結果を口頭で言われました。

必要書類を記入し、健康診断について説明を受けました。

健康診断は別の日程で都内の病院にて行いました。

履歴書から一人ひとりへの質問(日本語)

部屋の外で結果発表があり最終試験へ

面接

面接官：受験者＝3：1

日本語と英語の両方の面接。

「チームワークとは何か」(英語)

「航空会社にとって安全とは何か」(英語)

英語のパッセージを読む

「シンガポールに住むことになるが大丈夫か。」(日本語)

「自分の弱みはなにか」(日本語)

部屋の外で結果発表があり、ケバヤチェック、スキンチェックへ


ケバヤチェック、スキンチェック

ケバヤに着替え、顔、うなじ、脚、腕のチェックを受ける。

その後、健康診断の説明、必要書類の記入、提出をして終了でした。


結果の連絡は11月5日会場にて口頭で発表になりました。

　*what is your favorite food? and what is it made of?
　*機内のトラブルが英語で書かれたカードを１分黙読後、１人ずつ音読
　*自分のカードに書いてあった状況に対してどのように対処するか聞かれる（日本語）
　*好きな言葉と理由（日本語）



合格者のみ番号が読み上げられる。

その後、２時間ほど外で待機

 



３次試験（最終試験/面接⇒ ケバヤ・スキンチェック）

面接官４人対受験生１人

*意気込みや自己PR（日本語）
*履歴書に沿った質問（日本語と英語）
*二次のように英語のカードを立って朗読する。
（面接官とかなりの至近距離です。）

合格者はケバヤ、スキンチェックで終了。
